      Professional development funds available, affordable health benefits, tuition benefit, meal plan provided, support from direct supervisors, good opportunities to work with students and help them grow

      Cons

      Required to live in apartments that are often outdated, supervisors are out of touch with current working needs, many evening meetings, long hours and working 7+ days in a row during busy periods, long periods of time during the summer where you can’t take PTO because of work, not a lot of support from upper admin, expectations to work with high level emergencies with minimal training
