Pros

Benefits, including medical, PTO, and tuition reimbursement are quite generous

Cons

Anti-remote work, limited career advancement, at or well-below market pay. Work-life balance, nursing mother accommodation, and same-role pay equity varies by department

Benefits comparatively good, pay is low for high COL location

Pros

Medical plan decent, Retirement matching decent, PTO reasonably generous, flex time and remote/hybrid work available depending on role.

Cons

Pay is low across the board for staff positions and HR makes intentional moves to ensure that people cannot negotiate better wages or have their pay reviewed for equity. Administration and HR put pressure on units to reduce staff and to assign more tasks to fewer people.
