Inductive Automation was an absolutely fantastic place to work. From my first day of working at Inductive Automation, I knew I was a valued member of their team. From the CEO down, it is evident that all levels of management share a common thread of humility. This created an atmosphere of trust that allowed me to look forward to coming to work every single day. The contribution of new ideas is possible and encouraged because as a company, there is constant learning and growth taking place. It's very exciting to be involved with a company experiencing success, and that is Inductive Automation! But even more important to me was the fact that I was invested in as an employee. One of my favorite parts of the job was learning about the product. As an individual who came in not knowing a great deal about SCADA software, I was so thrilled to learn about Ignition. There are willing teachers around every corner in the form of engineers, support specialists, and even the CEO who are eager to share their knowledge with new employees. There is a sense of community at Inductive Automation. No matter your job title, you will encounter inclusion for all employees which I really appreciated!
