      Pros

      They can pay well and give generous bonuses. They prefer the work from home model.

      Cons

      Compared previous employers, the environment was oddly hostile, and the turn over seems high. They said we’d get certain holidays off then required holiday work to be delegated by management. Leadership and some management projected negative intentions onto others, point fingers, repeatedly deepened my experience in witnessing disrespect towards others, and can take advantage of employee trust in them.

      Pros

      The recruitment and onboarding to InductiveHealth Informatics was 5 star. From start to finish I knew exactly what to expect. Salary conversations are an honest open exchange. Once I started I realized that the staff that Inductive Health Informatics is recruiting for is at the expert level I felt honored to be selected to be a part of the team. The organization is a strategic growth process and it is exciting to be a part of.

      Starting the process of positioning for rapid growth. Better benefits than previous year, even though there's room for improvement. Open door policy even when interacting with C-Suite
