Pros

The people you work with are the best part about the job. The area is also nice, though it probably means you'll have a fairly long commute.

Cons

The work is repetitive and draining, the management is inconsistent, and everyone is at the mercy of the owner's whims. Very political environment.

Decisions tend to come down to a single person. Change happens often. Projects can get scrapped without warning.

Pros

Great opportunity to network with many industrial companies. Interesting to see how companies utilize the service based on their needs.

Cons

Did not provide a healthy work environment for sales and customer services reps. Upper management would create additional protocols that would make it difficult for users plus IIR employees to train the services. Lack of communication between sales, research, and upper management which would cause additional complications in day to day operations. Management would continue to micromanage all employees on what they completed each day, and made the overall process very repetitive.
