      Great people, aging workforce, not enough investment in the fab

      Pros

      The people here are fantastic. They try really hard and are great to work with. Everyone is great at dealing with the situations they are dealt.

      Cons

      The fab is aging and since Infineon took over in 2021 there has not been enough investment in maintenance and reliability. The workforce is also either about to retire or just out of college. They are going to lose a huge amount of site knowledge in the next few years from retirement.

      Infineon was a great place to work.

      Pros

      Good work balance. Colleagues are helpful and like working at Infineon but that is changing.

      Cons

      Top level management is disorganized. Making changes to be more profitable but the changes are not fully thought out, hurting customer relationships and now seems to be taking a toll on moral.
