Many managers prioritize their own interests over the well-being of their teams. Management in Germany often complains about team members located in other parts of the world. The company has a highly bureaucratic structure, which involves numerous processes and can significantly delay decision-making.

Many leaders are not qualified in their roles or were put into their roles too prematurely. There are a lot of clicks, and teams lack diversity in the Americas. The way we do things and the way the company thinks are very antiquated and don’t allow for new fresh ideas.
