      Good healthcare, lifestyle spending stipend, 401(k) Relatively good pay (good for marketing overall, low for tech) Flexible culture (I personally enjoy a good work life balance)

      Cons

      Really lacking in any culture or internal initiatives to boost employee well being in the office Very tight budgets and travel budgets, which can affect work or in person office experience Outdated systems and tools Can feel like you're just a small part of a large company with no real ability to make change Various departments lack a direct vision HR is very out of reach, barely in person
