Pros

I can't came up with any pros as I never received any benefits they promised, even if it's sth promised by one HR it gonna be countered by another HR

Cons

Run away! Fake promises yet management is nothing but a mess! 1. They literally takes away what they promised and even given you. So the acquisition promised to gave us equal or better benefits, which sound too ideal and I know it's not gonna be true. But that's not a reason for a scam! One of the benefits they promised to gave us at the first day, which I didn't think they gonna gave us even if all the Q&A leads to an understanding that they gonna gave me. But the first day I checked, hey they gave me. And after 2 weeks they took it back without any notification.... bro you literally just took away sth considered my wage without telling me? And now you are telling me all those Q&A PPTs had a lot of error and incompleteness? So before entering this company, you gonna think about: hey is this promised thing got another way to understand it? hey are they able to explain it in another way later and took it back? 2. HR literally had no idea even about there own policy and . I entered as an Intern and on their Intranet, there was a clear mark that intern counts as internal employee. But my date of entry was somehow the date I turned into full time. So I started a HR case, and it literally took them 3 days to respond a "I need to check with my colleagues". It ended up with a simple reply "Your seniority remains the same" after a week. Bro you can't understand a single work what I'm asking???? I responded immediately and sent a direct message, they just ignored you. How do I know? WebX tells you who red the message. And after another week, I couldn't stand it and sent out an email copying manager with my complains, well they finally replied immediately.... So many bad thing I even feel tied to bring up 1 by 1

Pros

Great learning opportunities and mentoring. Cool projects to work on that keep you engaged. Always exciting challenges and hiring does a good job of finding people that are a joy to work with.

Cons

Work life balance was once a selling point but is now not as money gets tighter and schedules become more strained. Feel like some innovation is designed in mind of corners being cut in order to make it to market in time. Pay is low. Having lots of long tenured employees means a mixed bag of experience but also being stuck in a certain way of doing things.
