      Good Work Place for Freshers, Lot of Learning Opportunities with Few Cons

      Pros

      I joined as a fresher and well trained in multiple new technologies before starting with a project. Work culture is very good. Employee Engagement program will be through out the year, person can be constantly learn and grow in each aspect. Best CEO & higher management lot of encouragement to pursue R & D stuff.

      Cons

      Working in limited verticals. So, have big projects and if any projects or get disturb. Mass firing can happen because no bench is there.

      Pros

      It has a very good work environment and an employee club called iverve is there to give you relief from work pressure by organizing events and all... I have been a part of this company (Head Quarter, Bangalore) since last 2 yrs as permanent employee...and its been a good journey.

      Cons

      Cafeteria is not good.... Some politics are there too... Less Pay.... No proper approach...
