Not a good place for skilled people. If you are lazy and lagging in skills the go for this outdated workplace
Pros
1. Onsite opportunity which you may get after a long struggle and flicking your manàger. 2. Full salary without much deduction
Cons
1. No work life balance 2. No professionalism from management and they don't have exposure of any new process or current market as they are in the same well since long time without any clue of any what is going on outside the well. 3. Working as slaves to client and there are no stringent guidelines to follow and make a process to work with client. They agree and make employees work however client needs. No one would take a stand for employees and work with client to get the issues addressed. 4. Do not expect any gift or bonus for Diwali or any occassion. 5. Worst in IT support. WiFi doesn't work and you always need to connect to LAN only at your desk to work. No other LAN port will work for you as it is restricted. This is very outdated in IT. 6. Doesn't provide a proper coffee atleast through a good vending Machine 7. Toilets are worst and unhiegenic and not maintained properly even after multiple escalations. 8. Employees bags are checked daily while entering and exiting the office, which clearly shows that they don't trust the employees which should be the basic thing. 9. CCTV cameras fit in the office are not enough to cover the entire area and you can't do anything if you loose something at your desk. 10. For every problem you escalate to management, there will be an irrelevant response which doesn't make any sense and your will not even be considered as a problem at all.
