Annual Pay, Vendor connections, n/a

Cons

Offer job as full-time, but cut you when project budget tanks. No real structure (Management, HR, payroll etc). Infinite manager says one thing and then back-pedals. Antiquated internal systems (payroll, etc). Can't take vacation or sick days until all time is earned at the end of first full year, without getting docked. Do not match on 4o1k.

Pros

- There are no pro's except the fact that this company help employees with visa issues especially who are on H1B

Cons

- You won't get paid if you are working as a consultant. They will delay your pay for 2-3 months - Management doesn't value your time. You will be assisting offshore team at 2-3AM in the morning. No work file balance -They fire employees without giving reasons. Employees are disposable for them - No growth in the company - No hikes and underpay you than average market salary
