Terrible working culture. During the job interview they tell you can work from anywhere in Europe, you will get a nice bonus and that we are all family Day 1 in the job: you must come to the office three times per week, it is virtually impossible to get the whole bonus and if you have a problem you are alone. During my initial training process, I was obviously asking questions and my manager was so rude. He was always impatient and he was provocatively replying me: "what you think...?" When I was seeking help from colleagues he was saying:"why are you disturbing your colleagues" That is the concept they have of family

Salary is very low, below market average.
