      flexible timings and good work and personal life balance

      Cons

      Management doesn't have any vision. Senior Vp of BU doesn't know the importance of a present employee. Great partiality from the upper management (politics is too high) VP doesn't know who is good and who is not. He is in middle of so many fools because he is also a fool.

      1. Lots of scope of learning and to grow up the ladder, if you are ready to take more responsibilities. 2. Highly paid salaries than the industry giants.

      Cons

      1. No work-life balance. 2. Lack of employee training programs. 3. Lack of proper management.

      Pros

      If you know how to do buttering and can stay late night (even u don't work doesn't matter) - update your boss at late night by going in his cabin with various stuff, u r the best employee.

      Cons

      Advice to people who are planning to join this company - If you have a job with even less salary in other company, think twice before joining. This is my sincere advice.
