Flexible Timings Large campus and cafeterias Arranges many events and games Helpful and easily accessible HR. Helpful team members/seniors.
Cons
Few projects and clients. Mostly maintenance projects. No arrears after appraisal, which means you would get your increased salary after 3 months of your appraisal but they wouldn't give you difference amount for these 3 months. During appraisal on name of cost cutting they will reduce most of the facilities given to employee. Very less salary hike. No career growth.
