They don’t have many projects so in case they find, you handled all the work so they force you to transfer the knowledge to junior associate, Once you done it So they will trying to release you from Project. Once you release from Project, Your notice Period will be start on bench. Their hybrid work environment means you need to work 3 days from office, In case you taking your leaves on office day (MON-WED) so you need to compensate that WFO on another day (Fri-Sun) No Job Security!

No appraisal or very less appraisal. No learning at all. They are running some sweet shops with no job security of employees and facilities. Not a nice place to work.
