Some projects are very good . Purely depends on the project you are allocated to and team and the Team Lead in that projects.

Cons

Less job security. Once project is over you possess no value to the company (most service based companies follows the same). You need to learn by yourself from open source if you want to learn new technology for career growth, spend your own money to get any kind of good certification. They will reimburse the certification amount but process is too hectic .
