Its very good in pay structure and teamwork is good.

Cons

Management is very poor.You are safe till you get a good rating in client side.If by chance clent side manger is not good then life is hell.Noone going to save you.manager has no voice to raise in favour of employees.

They Play 10s of games in event called Olympiads. So this is good company if you want to play golf, volleyball , cricket , badminton.. No work pressure

Cons

Not a good company for competitive and high aspiring people. Who expect to work on upcoming technologies. You might find people entering office at 2-3pm and stay till 12-1 am . So if you are family person, and prefer to work in normal hours- 9-6, not recommended.
