Once the project is finished they will not try to put you in some other position

lot of java/j2ee related projects Useful comp for freshers or less exp employee who want to work at client location Minimum 7-9% hike every year

Job security is less Hike should get only if you are billable in any one of projects

Cons

Benefits are bad! No employer 401k contribution for employees, health insurance is very bad especially if you have a family you will only keep paying the high deductible never to have the insurance kick in.
