1. Even if garden is good the building is very very very old with a different kind of smell.
2. Canteen is very very very small. only one vendor who provides lunch. Believe me after joining when i saw that on the 1st day i thought of leaving. Out side one small shop is there for snacks and dosa.
3. work pressure is very very less as the project quotations are very high. 1 day job is shown as 15 days or 1 month job.
4. You will not get any opportunity to talk to the client or to be friendly with the client as seniors feel job insecurity because of that. What ever work is done seniors will show as we have done and will take all the credit. Because of that half of the team members from my project left the company.
5. If project is over you will be given 2 months to get another project. Else your last date will be set after 2 months automatically once you come to bench.
6. Getting project in infinite will be a very very very tough task because you have to clear another two round of interview. One from infinite side and other from client side.
7. There is a lot of politics going on as if you belong to one vertical jumping to another vertical is impossible as the other vertical will not hire you. So better you give those two round of interview outside and leave the organisation.
8.if you will complete 1 month then only 1.5 days leave will be credited. You go to any CMMI level company , 1st day only you will get all the leaves.
9. Employee recogition is a joke here.
10. CEO is already stepped down.
