Pros
1. My team was really good. 2. I was part of Android testing team. All my developers were highly knowledgeable and listen to tester most of the time. 3. My manager was really employee oriented. Even though I have joined in Covid time he was having good rapo with me all the time. listen to my concern and try to do what ever he can. 4. Special mention to the SVP of my project (Zyter) was really thoughtful and gentle man, most of the IT company mgmt need person like him to identify the there team and there capabilities and to reward them. 5. Office location.
Cons
1. First thing salary compensation. There will basic amount will be very low. but match your CTC with FBP benefits. Personally I didnt like that. 2. Cab can be provided.
