      flexible timings and good work and personal life balance

      Cons

      Management doesn't have any vision. Senior Vp of BU doesn't know the importance of a present employee. Great partiality from the upper management (politics is too high) VP doesn't know who is good and who is not. He is in middle of so many fools because he is also a fool.

      Good for freshers to start if they don't have job , no job scurity for anyone even for freshers , no good salary hikes .
