      Pros

      If you are allocated to Project then you will get work from home benefit. Training Environment is good. You will attend training as per requirement.

      Cons

      If you are not allocated to Project, they will put you on resource pool and notice period will start in this period only. You will not get chance to resign itself and time for serving notice period. If you are not getting project then you only receive hardly 2 to 3 calls to attend client interview and this will only happen one in two or 1 and half month.
