Just a body shopping company, join only if you have nothing in hand

Salary on time You will be thrown like bait on client side they won’t care whether you live or die there No hikes all the hikes are just for name sake you will be working for same salary for the entire duration of your employment

Cons

If you get released from the project then it’s time to leave they don’t have other projects Even if you quit you have to serve the entire notice period, fortunately I enjoyed 3 months taking full salary as my new company was ok to wait HR is for namesake, this job is similar to contractual job project over you will be asked to leave

The flexibility of working from home in my project has been an added advantage. Truly happy to be a part of this amazing organization!
