i have worked around 9-10 months at client place. i was in the appraisal cycle for 2014-15 but i get 0% appraisal, regarding appraisal there was no communication from the manager also while i was at client place in 9-10 months i did not get any communication from the manager regarding my work or anything else, they will just outsource you and forget. because of 0% appraisal i put resign, they have mentioned notice on offer letter as 30 days, but after putting resignation also i didn't get any call from the manager (although they did not think to ask me the reason why i put resigned), i call manager many times(always gets reply he is in meeting) then he talk and said he can't relive me in 30days i have to serve more days, i have to join another company in 35days but still they are forcing me. this is happening for many people from the same manager. i have never faced such issue in any company, worst management. I will never recommend anyone to work here, also in my lifetime i will never ever think about this hell company.
