They are majorly dependent on Redhat and Nokia only. If you face any issue with any issue with your manager at client and it is very hard to get other project. No one takes stand for you. After 20LPA of salary you can not expect much growth.

I joined ICS a year ago, and have had nothing to complain about 1. Management is very co operative and good to work with 2. The work culture of this company is that of a family, they all care for each other 3. The readiness and quickness about taking decisions that impact business is not seen anywhere else, making this a very good and positive environment where the client is treated at priority

Post covid the infrastructure has taken a little but of hit , but this is being rectified as new locations are being looked at and moved into, in the Bangalore campus as employees are making a return to office the infrastructure is also being improved with cafeteria options etc
