1. No Job Security. 2. They hired me for a specific project and due to recession customer is not ready to spend more efforts on new people. I was moved to bench immediately. 3. I was on bench and improving my skills for 1 month. 4. HR people told me they don't have any projects matching my skills and asked me to look out for opportunities. I told them I am happy to learn new skills and upskill. Also looking for references outside 5. With in a week they asked to resign and submit my laptop.

I don't think there is any pros for joining here. It says itself to be a MNC but the truth is it is like a startup.
Cons
* No perks or bonus at all. Will only get around 1.5k gift voucher in the Diwali. * Job security is ZERO. I joined here as a fresher and served for 5 years but the moment my project got over, the very next day they put me in the bench and asked to leave. * Internal moment is Impossible in any other technology. * No certification training or any kind of support for external traning.

Job security depends up on project. If it gets wind up they will ask us to leave instead of an alternative project

On time salary, project based jobs.
Cons
Work on client site. HR and Managers would be in remote connection. Contractual jobs, if contract expired, no increment even you may lose the job. No proper answer and response from HR management. Again, try to find a new job, you will get one month notice else they will kick.
