work from home was the only thing to be liked here.

Cons

No job security , no notice period if project will over you HR will go to your portal and initiate resignation by themselves and ask u to look job somewhere else. As per my suggestion please do not join such organization where u are forced to terminate same day after project gets over.

Excellent Leaders - You've all the freedom to share your thoughts to yourself. Flexibility. - 2 days WFO and 3 days WFH On-site opportunity.

Cons

Job security. You may have to leave the project in a very short span of time (May be in a week) If you are no longer required in the project. Poor hike - You'll get max of 5%, even you work 16hrs per day for a whole year.
