None, nothing, nada bueno, not a thing.
MSPs like these are dime a dozen.
Cons
1. Pay is barely market rate
2. Health and other benefits are pricey and they don't disclose how much they contribute to the cost. I suspect its less than 10%
3. No transparency about client changes until they are ready to lay you off
4. Not willing to work with you to change clients even though they are a large MSP with multiple roles/clients available
5. Poor to no feedback during outgoing process and horrible excuses for layoff
6. You have to take a stand on your work/life balance otherwise they steamroll right over it
7. Yearly reviews and salary increases are minimal at BEST
Poor management, excessive workload. Pain to schedule any time off, need to keep reminding manager to approve/deny PTO request. 5 minute call to inform me of layoff, my position is eliminated. Any question I had were answered in very terse response. Would not recommend. Company is "top heavy", too many managers/supervisors. Leadership has no idea of workload and processing time. Offered no severance package.
Frequent layoff, no proper planning, no good hike, only 13 PL, 8 casual or sick leaves, after working here for months we loose skills will be tough to switch, no learning
Not a good company to work for!
Very poor management
they wont answer your email or call.
Sudden Layoff without giving any reason or time
Pay is very very less
