It provides work life balance. Working from last 5 years, salary hike is also good.

No clear communication when something unexpected happens in company, they will keep you in hold and keep paying you without informing what is next

Excellent mentors and teamleaders! Fully remote work environment.
Cons
Management monitors everytime you are away from the computer. Training was very intense and unrealistic expectations. It is very easy to get behind in training. Also, pay is very low given the Bachelors degrees requirement and the intense daily workload.
