Cons

Here are some potential cons of working at Infinite Computer Solutions: Workload and Work-Life Balance: Like many IT service and consulting firms, employees at Infinite Computer Solutions may face demanding workloads and tight deadlines, which can affect work-life balance, particularly during large projects or client deliverables. Compensation Structure: Some employees have reported that the compensation packages may not be as competitive as those offered by larger tech firms or specialized IT companies, which could be a drawback for those prioritizing higher pay. Career Progression: While the company provides growth opportunities, the pace of career advancement can vary and may be slower compared to other leading tech companies. This can be challenging for employees looking for rapid progression. Bureaucratic Processes: As with many global organizations, there may be layers of management and processes that can sometimes slow down decision-making and project implementation. Client-Dependent Projects: Being a service-oriented company, the nature of work and project stability can be highly dependent on client contracts. This can lead to shifts in projects or assignments, which might not align with every employee's preferences or skill set. Limited Innovation in Certain Areas: While the company engages in innovative projects, some employees may find that their specific roles or assignments are more maintenance-focused or routine rather than cutting-edge or transformative.

Average job, but lots of work-life balance.

Pros

Great time flexibility as it's a volume based job. Can be busy at times. Lots of work-life balance, so it's a good place to take up part time courses or freelance job when there's no work. Stay here only if you don't mind low salary, and u just want a job with fixed income on time. They pay the salary on time.

Cons

No 13 month bonus, AWS & compassionate leave. Only 12 days of leave. Low income increment yearly. As the management doesn't care about the staff welfare, so don't expect to have christmas party, office retreat sessions etc.

Cons

My timesheet hours was changed almost every week to a lesser number. They will rip you off. The managers lack communication skills. When needing an answer to your quiestions their are no supervisors available. This company has no integrity. They do not pay you for holidays that are demanded to take off.. You will not get any raises either. Not a good place to work.
