      Pros

      The only pros is Italian monday but then again they stopped that too

      Cons

      If the inbound calls aren't advancing into sales they will redirect your calls to people with bad credit. The more sales you get the better calls you get if you're having a bad day forget about making commission. They lie about the $500 bonus after 90 days

      A Half decent experience

      Pros

      At the time the coaches there were great. Rob especially. Great camaraderie with other agents. Pay so so. I was renown for doing 60-70 hour weeks and my best year i made $55k and I was a good closer.

      Cons

      Owners are callus and have zero caring toward staff. Cruel working conditions including no breaks, no lunch breaks were often (not always) the case. Mandatory over time made the place a stepping stone for skilled sales people. The constant recruitment of new agents ensured minimum call volume.

      Training, trainers are fun and try to get you motivated

      Cons

      Schedule, Compensation, Management, Have to beg for breaks and lunchs, Have to pay for headsets, tshirts, licensing, you don't get paid for like 3 weeks at the beginning
