      Pros

      None I can think of one of the worst experiences in my life

      Cons

      No work/life balance. Was told one time that on this plantation we work 40 hrs/week. Cliquey and people stab you in the back and steal sales from you. Anyone out performing the rest of the group was usually cheating and getting calls routed to them and management did nothing about it.

      Pros

      Great income and nice place to work and grow. If you're look for a job that you can make up to 100 k a year this is the place to work.

      Cons

      Must be on time or you lose money. This isn't a hourly job and you must work extra hours to make the money.

      Pros

      You control your own success at this job. Inbound sales so no cold calls and you personally make your own goals to determine your own paycheck. The more you sell the more youre paid per deal

      Cons

      Call center environment and sometimes you dont get a break. You have the same conversation with customers day in and day out which can be redundant but hey its sales and you're selling the same product.
