      You get what you put in and can make good money

      Pros

      A good work ethic is rewarded. TV and internet are easy to sell. Bonuses for perfect attendance are paid. Plenty of opportunities to sell given the amount of calls.

      Cons

      If you don't show up for work you won't make money. They get A LOT of phone calls and sometimes run a high queue.

      Pros

      I have to put at least 20 words here for Pros. Nothing is a pro but the office space is nice and there are near by restaurants and Tri-rail. Oh and the former VP Rob who the owners fired. Probably because he was too nice.

      Cons

      The two owners and their management team, yes all of you, have a screw loose. How can people be so mean, greedy and unlawful? They treat staff like animals. They don't pay overtime when they are required by law. They have been sued for this in the past.

      There are no pros when working for company like this. the pay structure always changes and the management does not get compensated.

      All the upper management is not there for their employees
