      Pros

      For the most part, sales agents can make consistent commissions in the upward 60-80 thousand range. This is an inbound call center. That means no cold calling.

      Cons

      This is a dead end job. There is no incentive to enter management or advance. You will not be appreciated here. You must be completely motivated by money.

      Pros

      Extremely helpful managers, leads and even other agents will coach you on how to be a better salesman! Fun environment, They will even feed you daily when it's busy. You can definitely make cash there. I've seen agents that consistently take home 4k+ every 2 weeks.

      Cons

      Occasional mandatory 6th work day. But, heck, if you wanna make the bucks, that's how you do it.
