Great Opportunity

Pros

I have been working here for less than a year and the biggest thing I have learned is you control your own success. Through extensive training they give you the tools and knowledge you need to sell, the dedication and hardwork is up to you. This opportunity is not for the lazy and unmotivated. Every single agent who is successful here is goal oriented and driven to be the best at what they do. As far as not having any room for advancement, I personally was promoted 3 times in a matter of 5-6 months because the management team recognized my willingness to come in and do my job correctly everyday. In anything you do in life you get out of it what you put in. If you are willing to put in the time, this opportunity can change your life in the right direction.

Cons

Missing the food being served especially on Tuesdays and Friday's

Pros

There's a lot of money sales agents can make. Commissions are good and they have many contests. Training is pretty decent but co-workers are immature and unprofessional. It's a job, not a corporate environment for the career minded individual.

Cons

Managers talk to you disrespectfully and set you up for failure if they don't personally like you. And this goes all the way up to the executive level. Your success at Infinity isn't solely based on your sales but personal as well. You will be forced to work extra "commitment" hours which they either require or automatically sign you up for. Your job will be threatened if you cannot work the extra hours, which are usually sprung on you based on business needs.

Pros

Cons

Recruiters do not tell you the truth about work , pay and scheduling. Trainer was horrible and extremely rude.
