Career-killer. Low-level client work and no advancement path. Client and company pace resemble government contracting without contractor pay.

The relaxed atmosphere and down-to-earth attitudes keep the day-to-day enjoyable. From a business perspective, the emphasis on clear communications and planning ahead for success breeds success. Lots of opportunity for learning and leadership across a variety of different kinds of projects that really make a difference.

Cons

It can be difficult to work with some of their long-established clients at times, from both personal and bureaucratic standpoints. Minor.
