Great potential but serious leadership issues

Pros

Cutting edge technology and many good, decent people that could help the company succeed with proper executive direction.

Cons

Burn rate! Both funding and employee morale. A company led by one person with immense ego and wild spending habits that scoffs at ethical counsel, would seem to have an unstable future as a start-up.

Ambitious company, out of control growth

Pros

Smart and motivated engineers and scientists. Opportunities to travel and participate in events for technical roles. Company is international. Most teams seem to be fairly laid back. Some useful benefits, like commute benefits etc. Good PTO/vacation days. Pretty good culture.

Cons

Company is growing way too fast. Internal team organization is poor. Everyone does their own thing. Too many commitments, upper management mba hires. Execs tend to say things publicly that make the technical folks uneasy. Pay and benefits are on the lower end, not all divisions have consistent pay bands as far as I can tell.

long history in the AMO community, equipment on the ISS, amazing range of products and R&D opportunities, multiple locations, room to grow in your career if you seek out opportunities, green-field development

Cons

low diversity, organisational infrastructure needs work, needs more HR hires, there's a 15 word minimum for this answer....
