      It's Not Just Talk

      It's all about the culture - a place where employees are appreciated and given multiple areas to participate and truly be a part of this environment. Inflow is walking the talk as well. Make it Matter for every employee, every customer, every mission. This mission statement does not just sit out there amongst the noise, it is deeply embedded in the way they do business. It is also a question that comes up regularly - if we change this or do that, what is the impact on the employees, our customers or the mission. No internal emails? Say what. Inflow is modern company in terms of innovation and willingness to try new things.

      Cons

      This is not the "Normal" mentality within this industry. I think anyone joining this team must have an open mind in order to adapt. One of the things I did not like at first was the fact that we did not have internal emails for communications. I have spent my entire professional career jamming out emails and managing information through this platform. It took a while, but I have now accepted this and see it as a positive practice that helps me stay on task and be more productive.
