Pros

Small company lead by people who have been doing government contracting for at least 30 years. While small, they will bend over backwards to help you if something unfortunate were to happen to you or your job.

Cons

The general structure they tend to try and implement seems to be more well suited to teams and groups with a similar skill-set. This will not always be the case, as the circumstances between government contracts can vary wildly.

Good work & life balance

Cons

Do not offer good benefits. They say they contribute to continued education but will not help financially with anything. Even if it directly impacts your day to day job. Your one benefit of PTO is not paid out when you separate from the company. They gaslight you to make you think that you’re asking for too much when you know your value. Inflow also does not promote or give annual pay increases. They say it is based on performance, but continue to move the goal post when you meet their prior metric.
