Pros
I had an great experience during my 10 months working as a contractor with Inflow. I was employed at the USACIL and looked forward to each new day of work. While inflow didn't have a physical presence on the USACIL campus they made their presence known through an active Slack chat and weekly checkins to ensure that I was doing well and feeling welcome, as well as some great care packages throughout my time there. There are multiple contractor groups at the USACIL and I can honestly say INFLOW is the best of them they are supportive they have great benefits and they truly make you feel welcome and ensure you are having the best experience. I loved my position so much that I applied for a federal position since through my time with INFLOW I found that I had found the place I wanted to stay for some time. INFLOW always supports you not only as an inflowee but also as a person. In our weekly chats my supervisor was always asking not only about my professional goals but also how inflow could help in my personal goals. Inflow is a newer company but I think they are doing contractor work right and are a fantastic place to work.
Cons
I never really had any bad experiences with INFLOW. To at least have something here I would say not having a physical presence of INFLOW at our campus made some communications difficult at times in the sense of who needed to know what and when.
