      Pros

      Inflow is incredibly employee focused. There is no micromanagement, and communication across all levels is encouraged. Compensation is above average as well. As a small company, there's a lot of career growth potential.

      Cons

      Nothing really, although individuals who are used to working for larger, more established firms might have a bit of a transition shifting to an agile, entrepreneurial small business.

      Pros

      Great company values (Action, Balance, Innovation, and Meaningfulness). Inflow NS has awesome employee programs (Quarterly Book Club, Annual Idea Hackathon, Paid Time-Off for Volunteer Work, Annual Inflow Hero Award). The leadership truly cares about its employee and understands the value of work-life balance.

      Cons

      I am hard pressed to think of any cons... Inflow NS is the best company I have ever worked for. Lightyears ahead of other companies when it comes to caring about their employees and the quality of work they provide to their customers.
