Flexible schedule and work-from-home opportunity.

Cons

Supervisors are helpful at times but they have many people under them so it sometimes takes time for them to get back to you. Bonuses are competitive and should not be factored into how much you will be paid because they are not easy to acquire. Back-to-back fast paced calls all day with very few breaks in volume most of the time.

pretty easy to get hired

extremely hard to meet all bonus goals unless you dont take any breaks 2 week training which is not enough for all of the responsibilities expected of you Supervisors have no idea what they are doing takes 20 minutes to get assistance on a call which brings your performance down
