Pros

The only thing nice about infocision is some of the employees .

Cons

The company is a joke and shouldn't even be in business. Management doesn't have a clue in what goes on. Training is cut short and leaves you with no knowledge on how to do your job . Once you get out of training be ready to be talked about by the supervisors even to other employees. I had supervisors talking about other employees right in front of me . Supervisors change the rules every hour so don't think what you got told in training is what you do cause it's not. Also you can't do your job trying to sell Comcast to customers because the billing system hardly ever works . So they have you use the person computer next to you . But it doesn't help when their ethier on a call or theirs doesn't work etheir . So trying to keep up your sales so you don't get fired or trying to get bonus is waste of time .

Pros

The ability to multitask while you're working. Pay was decent, management were nice enough

Cons

I feel like I witnessed a lot working here, not only did I hear a lot of rude people on the phones, but I heard a lot of complaints about the management. The hours were really awkward, and not flexible when it came to working earlier to work longer, which I didn't like. I wasn't given any warning for my termination, I was at work supposed to complete a shift and was called up and let go. The communication was barely there.
