Pros

Working from the comfort of your home and weekly pay. There is nothing else that I can say positive about working here

Cons

No paid time off whatsoever, despite me being told full time employees get benefits. You have to deal with getting different information from supervisors for the same exact question. Being talked down to as though you’re a child. And being chained to your computer.

Pros

no gas money, no snow, no work clothes. freedom

Cons

the scripts are crazy, I have to call and talk politics to people, I am so uncomfortable. Then you beg them, and when they say no, you beg some more. then when a training pops up, we are all put on mute, so no questions can be asked (lol) ok!!!!!On top of that they pay 9.50 per hour.

Pros

The only Pro to Infocision was the Volunteer Recruitment

Cons

You had to wear dress clothes, you couldn't wear sneakers, the break room is a joke, You were forced to follow an ultra-extremist conservative agenda. The management would send you home, denying you your daily hours if you wouldn't go against your rights to not make calls for religious and/or political figures or organizations. The CEO Craig was as fake as the smile on his face, he was commonly referred to as "Captain Fake Bake" amongst the CSI's that worked at the Huntington call center. Thank goodness I woke up, quit and went to Amazon.
