It's awful, I end up crying at least once a day either because the people on our calls are so awful.

Weekly pay, 401k plan, and we're supposed to have a doctor on site but they can't find one that wants the job.

Cons

Rude people on the phones, condescending supervisors, the hours, the other people in the front office, the outrageous insurance options, the pay, the pay scale, etc

Poor management and unprofessional atmosphere. Moral down with most of co-workers. Chairs not comfortable and never repaired.

Pay rate is low for what you do - talking all day and getting hung up on alot is hard work! Could be better bonuses.
