Pros

No pressure, No consequences for not doing work, Work from home a couple days per week

Cons

Low pay, upper management doesn't appreciate IT so they won't pay them a competitive wage, mediocre benefits, won't invest in new technologies, struggling company so different perks keep getting cut, good developers wind up with all of the work with no reward due to other developers refusing to do work and not facing any consequences for it, expected to work extra long days to meet deadlines They put all of there trust in a couple developers who have been there for years and let them make decisions on how to build things. Those developers may have been good at one point but they're so out of touch with current technology that they make continuous bad decisions. Those developers must even know they're out of touch since if they knew current technologies they could leave InfoCision for 30 - 40K more in salary.

Pros

Relatively easy to get hired

Cons

Work Hours - newer supervisors normally work weekends and late nights. Low starting salary and little room for growth. Also, high turn over rate for communicators and salaried staff.
