Work from home, weekly pay, people I worked with were great.

Cons

Poor training, sups rarely available when you need them, no choice on calls you take, they will cut your hours if you don't meet performance goals, must code calls in 3 seconds, graded on how long your 5 minute breaks are, next to impossible to reach goals. Take up to 10 different call/programs a shift.
