Free coffee, snacks and hikes and the occassional monthy lunches.

Cons

Feels like you ant do anything without being told by the managers, pay was poor, no room for promotion, no career progression. Favouritism is defenitly there and certain people get special treatment compared to if someone was not close to the managers. No flexibilty on working hours. Repetitive work. Only work parties and drinking culture.
