Nice environment outside working hours. Trainers seem like really good people, helpful. Free pizza, coffee.

Cons

Gossiping, focused on office parties, bias environment, managers can be very judgemental and give you a hard time. People often judged on their personality. Company is quick to put blame on others. School like environment, picking up on new starters, double standards. Managers and team leaders chat and gossip a lot, micromanagment.
